Hello, I am trying to use a NES controller as the second controller for the Power Player, but I'm having some trouble. I tried finding information about the pinout on the internet, but I couldn't. I also tried connecting the same colors, PP's white where NES' white used to be, but, as expected, it did not work. Does anybody know this? Or what is the easiest way to figure it out? Thanks in advance.
PS: Power Player III, the version where the first controller is shaped like a dreamcast one.

Re: Power Player III second controller
You are right on both counts: NES controllers use 5 pins (the other two are for peripherals), and 3 pins have 6 possible arrangements.

EDIT: I just realized what I am supposed to do exactly to figured it out, will try soon and post the results.
