Okay i forgot where to solder the PSone screen(Power). where shuld it get its power?
I dont think it can handle 11,1 V

No, the 7805 linear regulator will drop down the voltage to 5v.
The PSone screen cannot run on 5 volts; it drops out under 7v.
The PSone screen cannot go over 9v, or else it does some really weird things.
I'd recommend the 7808 regulator; it drops it down to 8v, which the screen can handle.

7808's can only handle the current after the LED mod if I'm not mistaken.

Well, this one can handle up to an amp SS. That should be more than enough because the unmodded Psone screen only draws about .7A.

Well, if you are not going to LED mod the screen, you could use a switching regulator.
It will save you heat and power, and won't require as much space as it doesn't need a heatsink (usually).
