ActiveX (With Macs)
Well, how exactly can you run sites that need active x on a mac? My sister is going to korea, and most of the korean sites use active X controls, but she only has a mac.. any suggestions?

The last Mac version of IE was 5.5, I think. That was probably for OS 9 and OS X 10.0.3 or something like that. 
Either way, it was well before the Mactel days.
ActiveX sucks anyway. Half the time the things it adds are malicious. Any site that was written properly should work in Firefox , Opera, or Safari just fine.
EDIT: Yeah, running a new Windows version of IE on Parallels or another virtualization layer is best.

Easiest way to get ActiveX working is to use Boot Camp and install Windows.
Setting up a VM with Windows is second easiest.
Then there's the 'you actually got that to work?' option of installing WINE, and then IE under it.
