I just got the book and I'm lovin' it. See I've been off drugs for two years now and am trying to get back to what I did before drugs. I used to love tearing stuff apart and making new things. Unfortunatlly there is no electronic stores here so I am needing to go elsewhere. So if anyone is willing to help me out with whatever you can pass on, it would be more than helpful.

Raid people's trash or ask around for broken junk. There's lots of parts in there, sometimes even parts that are un-buyable. Ask around for consoles. Find a thrift store and go every week. Find a pawn shop, used videogame dealer or chinese bootlegger that sells SJ3s. And sometimes you have no choice but to order a part.

I have been hitting the pawn/ used video game stores but they don't even let people leave their "broken" systems for others to get a hold of. I live in a weird place.

Where do you live? There's this thrift store that sells anything they get there hands on and its always interesting stuff like old consoles and lots of PC/AV stuff too.

Tucson, Az. We had a lot of methheads stealing anything with copper in it. So now there is weird laws about desposal and purchasing of used electronics. And gamestop sucks if you want old

Craiglist.com is like ebay, in a way. Its a website where people can sell and buy items locally. Meaning you actually meet up with the person and buy the item off of them. Theres also a lot of free stuff that people list on craigslist. Ive gotten like a piano, a arcade cabinet and other stuff for free.

Hmph, maybe Canadian Craigslist. The local ones around here I've had nothing but people jerk me around.
