I don't know the mechanics of the nes or snes.
I have always wondered how they were built

But today is it any bit possible for someone with the right knowledge to create a snes or nes game.

Like take a nes cartridge and build new stuff into it for example

I mean if this could be done, would there ever be a Nintendo reunion, like can someone make mass productions of there own game year 2009 and sell it on websites and things.
Would you have to have rights or what lol

There are lots of homebrew developers for the old systems. There are homebrew atari titles for sale, and there have been two recent homebrew games for sale for the dreamcast called Last Hope, and its sequel, D.U.X. The two dreamcast games were also made for neo geo. And yes, those games are mass produced too. They are made on the GD-rom (the DC's disk format), include a nice case and instruction booklet, and they can be imported by buying them off the hombrew company's website.

yes its possible. one guy made a sudoku homebrew and released it at around 100 copies. Digital Press seems to be down right now but if you search NES sudoku you should be able to find something.

genesis also has had a couple of rgs released as well
