Yobo FC 3 Plus

Post by crimson70 »

I have purchased the new FC 3 Plus by Yobo and I wanted to ask some questions from real gamers. First has anyone figured out a good solution to the backwards A,b buttons for the snes games? Then can anyone tell me the best way to bust out the clips for the super famicom games? Finally I'd like to start a list of the games this console will and won't play. I'm new to this so any pointers will be helpfull

1. Nobody has hacked the controllers because you can't buy replacements.
2. No idea.

I was reading some sites one showed how to modify the controller the other said another controller whould fit the console. I can't locate those sites again (go figure), but they where on another forum site similar to this one.

I think that the fc3 uses the same controller technology as the snes controllers, so you can modify an snes contoller to work with it.

Or maybe I am thinking of another clone system.

I know the fc twin can use snes controllers, not sure if you could mod them for a Fc3

I have came across a sega 32x upgrade. Will it work with the yobo or do I need anything special to use it.

It won't work for several reasons. The most obvious is that there's no RGB output, but there's a lot more.

The 32x uses a special connector to connect the genesis and 32x I believe, so It wouldn't work.
