Ok, but how would I make my own case? (If its cheaper I want to do it cause I am pretty low on cash).
Well, for one, you could try frankencasing. Look for a case from anything lying around that looks like it would be good for a ps2. I think somebody actually used the ps2's original case for their portable.
Or you could try vacume forming. You just make a nice mold out of clay (make sure you sand it good) and vacume form plastic over it. Keep in mind though, that there are additional costs to making a vacume forming table.
I'm pretty sure he's talking about the case from the book

Nothing wrong with making a custom case; it gives it character.
You're right, though...
Making stuff with my new beautiful CNC machine!
Would you like a professional looking custom case for your portable? I may be able to help you. Check out this link: http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=32724

ok so I might do vacume forming, or frankencase my brocken game gear.
I got one for like 15 dollars (canadian). But it only has really crappy hacks on it. Well actually some of them are okay. Like the "Derby" game. Excitebike with a car, lol.
