This is my first ever portable project. me and my friend were talking about it in spanish a few days ago and the idea bloomed.
i've already started some drawings and such, and i know the device it's self isn't that portable, but i need some advice on how to execute the device, or if its even possible.
i've made some schematics in paint already. all the measurements are in inches. and the drawing is not to scale, to any extent.
please post back with opinions, and yes it's very very early in the design process.
Key point though is the depth has been changed to 7 inches versus 6

That design looks a bit "boxy" and bulky. Try this design, because it's made of win:
and I suppose you've seen the nice diagram that harshboy and skyone made?

Re: My first "portable"
yeah i've seen it, i'm making this mostly so when i go to my friends house, we normally have 8 people over and one wii does not accomadate that many people. and i want to bring it to school and play during lunch with friends.
i've been thinking of how i'm going to mount the n64 guts to. i'll probably mount them to the lexan sides. does anyone have a better solution than that?
