What happened to it? I was going to start a new project, and I needed to reference it, but it is not there!

dead. It doesn't exist anymore. It died down after a few weeks.

Because the site was moved to another server, and I guess nobody bothered to copy it over.

There wasn't much in there, anyway. (At least nothing you can't find on the forum.)
