I like all orientations of zelda. 2D, top-down view on older consoles/handhelds, Cartoon/real, etc. I find enjoyment in them all. Speaking of which, I'm probably the only Zelda fan that hasn't beat OoT. I know, but since I never owned the original game for the N64, and my Wii died when I got the the Fire temple, I haven't gotten around to starting it again.

Hey, you're not the only one who hasn't beat OoT yet....I've never seen a physical copy of it, let alone the gameyet, lol.

Blasphemy. Go do it now, it's for your own good. I didn't know it was even possible to not have played that game....

Metallica Man - I'm sorry. You should rectify the situation. eBay is here to help.

Link the conductor...I see a resemblance here. Maybe it was going to be a real sequel to WW but the development team misinterpreted conductor as for a train, rather than a music guy.

Beat it 3 times, went through and got the biggoron's sword ect, IMO one of the best games I've ever played. You guys have to beat it! Infact the whole zelda series was amazing, But Im not too big of a fan of the newer stuff, though I have beaten Twilight princess(Gamecube version, preferred it)and windwaker(Was good, but didn't enjoy it quite as much)
Am I the only nintendo fan that doesn't own Wii  ? I have a 360 instead.

On my EZFlashV, there is a patch on my copy that enables dpad control. They built it into the game for testing, then took it out.

Hahaha, I took the time on the way through to get the Biggoron's sword! Oh well, I'll go back and do it again one of these days...

I don't know about "everything", but I am preferential to the gamecube TP. They should either have options for both controls or a version for each so no one is alienated.

what's wrong with you guys?

OoT was my first zelda game. The Oracle of Seasons and Ages games came out and I wanted to get one of those, but I didn't see them in the store when I went. I did, however, see an N64 zelda game so I decided to pick it up. That was in the good old days when picking up a semi-random game could produce great results. I also bought Smash Brothers not knowing what it was. I miss those days.

No portable Zelda game will ever be as good as the Oracle Series. Mainly because that's what I grew up with, oh, and they didn't suck.

Oracle of Seasons remains my favorite Handheld Zelda game ever. I'd say favorite Gameboy game ever, but it's pretty much tied with Pokemon Gold and Silver.

Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are my favorite Console Zelda Games. I didn't like Twilight Princess or Phantom Hourglass. TP was too realistic and had a stupid concept, and Phantom Hourglass looks too cartoony and has a terrible control scheme.

This new Zelda game looks dumb, I'm not going to buy it. I probably won't even pirate it because it looks so bad.

meh, I haven't ever gotten into oot. Maybe that's because I beat MM when I was little and then never got 0ot. Just bought it on ebay this summer, but still hasn't ever appealed to me.

This looks terrible. I really really hate to say it, but I really am not excited about what I see. They really didn't show a lot of the actual fighting gameplay, just your plant fan and your possessed Darknut. The actual train part looks like PH's ship, but without any direction control (tracks will do that :P).

As of now, I know I will not buy it right away as I have done with most of the LoZ's. I'll wait until they have a demo to play in-store, or a friend buys it first.
