I don't know if this will work with that game, but:

Hook one XBOX to one TV, with 3 controllers. Problem solved.

Nazi zombies is online multiplayer, so it's one player per console.

You can use an Ethernet or Crossover cable to connect the two Xboxes - they're smart enough to be able to tell the difference and behave accordingly. After that you're on your own.

Having this same problem myself (with one xbox, but we've looked into it) I can tel lyou there are only two ways to do more than two player (which is actually quite fun, but I too feel your need for more players).

1) Play over the internet with two xboxes on two TVs.
2) Hook the Xboxes together and play over LAN.

We've tried everything, in the end we got 4 xboxs with 2 TVs (Split screen available on each TV) Plug all 4 xboxs into the router, System Link.
