Gamecube controller for Wii60 mod

Post by Diminuendo »

Ok, I have a few requirements for a controller I'm looking for, and while im finding some promicing options, none of them seem to be coming from actual useers of the products.

I'm looking for a good quality wireless Gamecube controller, the buttons don't need to be great quality, but the responce of the tact pads underneath need to be. (fast button response) with durable controll sticks or ones tradeable with the calssic controller. I need analoge triggers and rumble as well. and a smaller board is always prefered cuz this is going in a 360 controller. AA batterys would be prefered so I can use the 360 battery pack too. I would also greatly prefer to have one with a common ground set-up with a public scematic but I can deal with it either way.

thanks for your time.

I don't believe there is a wireless GC controller with rumble, unless something new has happened. What you can do is just get a nice ICON controller (They are really good for the price and you can still find them in most stores), then just take motors from any controller and add them in.

wireless controlers with rumble:

http://au.gear.ign.com/articles/838/838868p1.html (no analoge triggers)

http://au.gear.ign.com/articles/867/867895p1.html (sounds perfect here, but Amazon seems to condem it)

http://reviews.pricegrabber.com/gamecub ... m/8129944/ (Also good, the shell seems be quite weak, that has no bering on what I plan to do.)

I just want to get some opinions from people who have used the controller for long enough to know it's flaws, rather than a reviewer who used it for 20 minutes and never touched it again.
