Help me organize my layout.

Well, the website's coming along well.

The problem is, I have to organize everything into a manageable system, preferably using one wordpress installation.

When a project is completed, all posts corresponding to that one project will be lumped into the "past projects" section, under the project name
When an idea is turned into a project, all posts regarding that idea will be lumped into the "current projects" section, under the project name.

How could I go about organizing this? I have thought about it a little and haven't the slightest idea.

Here are the sections:

Main page/blog (Basically Past/Present/Future projects combined into one)
Forums - Linked
Past Projects
Current Projects
Ideas/Future Projects
Music - Linked
Links - Wordpress static
Contact - Wordpress static
Donations - Wordpress static
