Does the GC output digital RGB?

Well?
I have an NTSC board, so, very unfortunately, I have no way to get analog RGB.
But then I remembered that the GC could output digital video signals, so maybe I'm in luck. I know that there is no practical way to convert dRGB to aRGB, but that's okay; I can settle with dRGB.
If anybody could give me feedback, that would be great.
PS-Also, if it doesn't have dRGB, then what digital signals does it output?

There's an RGB hack for the component video cable somewhere. It can output either RGB or VGA. Unfortunately the component cable is expensive and somewhat rare.

Hmm... by component cable you mean the old analog hdtv cable thing? The one that has red, green, and blue cables? I think I have one of those somewhere...

I got mine for $5 at gamestop That was after trying to buy some for $50 at gamestop. For progressive scan games made by nintendo, the output is digital RGB, for other licensed games, it is analogue RGB output.
