1 Handed Xbox 360 Controller

I have a friend, His name is Matt, he's 25 years old, the thing is, He loves playing games, music, movies, etc. He has about 1000 dvd's on shelves around his living room, music racks lined in his room, and best of yet, all of the old gaming consoles, like the Atari, etc, with almost every game for them. His favorite console is the Atari 2600. The downside to all of this, he wants to play all of these new games and such, like halo, call of duty, etc, but he can't. Matt was only born with one hand, he does not have a LEFT hand. Pardon my description, but he has a full arm up to his wrist, and like 2 fingers that are just kinda there in a web. I saw somewhere someone made a one handed Xbox 360 controller, did Ben Heck make this? If so, what would it require to make another one for my friend Matt?

I'd really appreciate it, honestly, if someone could help me out, I'd be willing to purchase it if one was made, when I was explaining this to Matt, he was really thrilled, because if I remember correctly, the one I saw the movement was controlled with the persons knee, like the controller was set on his knee, Matt uses that a lot, so he would be a natural with this controller.

It's made for the Playstation 3 though, and you need a separate adaptor for the 360.

That is a lot of money. I don't think neither him nor I could afford it.

The one handed controllers like your first pic cost about $500 from Ben, and at least $200 from anybody on these forums.

Well, think of it this way.
It's a controller for an Xbox 360, (then with a converter) PS3, and PS2. $50 each, and you get them all together.

You know, I feel completely stupid now. I was thinking, $200 for just playing 360, but then I can't believe I couldn't see that, I Think I did, but not the actual fact that it works for 4 things, PC, Xbox 360, PS2, PS3. Good Point.

It's okay. Everything on this site is drastically overpriced because people like to make lots of profit (because for the most part they're only going to make one of them) and, for the most part, the mods are hard to do.
Honestly, you could have fun and do it yourself. Problem is I have no idea regarding your skill level for modding.
$130 is a good price for this mod, honestly.

Ya, the price on this thing isn't that bad, but I was talking more about mods on this site in general.

What? It is not uncommon for people here to sell for LESS than they paid to make it. Even the people who make the most expensive stuff admit they are getting paid less than minimum wage overall for portable making.

Criticize the people selling expensive (and justly so) mod when you build a portable and sell it for less than $300. Or, at the very least, build a portable.

Ya, I justified why they were expensive in the fist place in my post, though.
Just saying that anybody who doesn't have a reasonably sized wallet can't buy here.
