NOAC (SJ3) Vertical Lines Problem

I have never seen a vertical lines problem before so I don't know if this a problem with my NOAC or if it's just the crappy hardware. I am using shielded wire to output the video. I don't know if I should add a capacitor or what the problem is. Help would be greatly appreciated.

maybe a choke and diode will solve your problem? what screen are you using?

A lot of times it is interference from the screen being to close to the Noac with no shielding between them.

Move the Noac as far away from the screen as you can and see if the lines go away. If they do then you will need to put metal shielding between the two.

I'm not using a specific screen... it happens whenever I plug it into something, be it my PC capture card, portable dvd player, or TV. I did cut out the diode, but I am almost absolutely sure it was happening before I did.

In reality though, it seems like the lines are most prominent on the blues, so it might be a capacitor that drives the blue channel before it's all mixed down into composite.

It's not just in the blues, happens to everything. That pic just focuses on the blues. I will try adding a cap in the next couple days and see if that works.
