after the voting is done, I will be starting a casemod contest. I have wanted to have a casemod contest for a long time, but just as I was about to mention it, the portable and controller contests came up.

Agreed. Contests during the school year are a bad idea. 
I say that Kurt should postpone the Bondo contest due to the fact he has like... What, 2 entries? No prizes, so nothing lost.

I think one contest every 6 months is good, to enter any portable console that has been made in the 6 months previous; like one ending 1 July, one ending 1 January: rather than a rush to the finish. Console portables, not paint jobs or other "afternoon project" entries though. That way you have more entries. Voting per system; so if someone has 10 entries for example, they enter each system separately and name each one 1-10 so people can vote for a particular system.
