WTB: Old CD-ROM Drive

I need an old CD-ROM Drive, It needs to work, and it also needs to have the play/skip button. If your wondering it's for a project I'm working on. I would really appreciate if anyone had one i could buy (preferably cheap)

I have one out of an HP Pavilion (purple color). It did have trouble reading some CD-Rs, but last time I used it, it worked ok with regular CDs. I think I also have another beige one with that button.

close but no cigar. My dad's kenwood stopped reading cd's so he got an apline from work. I got the kenwood, and i'm gonna hook it up to the RCA input on the kenwood

Fair warning, unless you get an ultra-high-quality unit, these things skip horribly. Too big a pothole and the laser assembly gets misaligned, and you've got a basically dead unit.

I attempted this about a year or so ago, and had to give up on the CD audio idea - I went through five of them dying from relatively minor bumps. Basically came down to ultra-insulating the thing and using it as an MP3 player in conjunction with an in-car PC.
