I believe in second chances, depending on the situation. In this case, he's not physically hurting anybody and It's not costing us anything.

He actually helped out at least once, he was the first guy to find those Pustom screens on dealextreme. Dealextreme's search function STILL does not find them, so those links are still useful.

And I think he genuinely just wants to join, I doubt he would go through all this trouble if his goal was just to come back an start trolling again.

Why do the American auto manufacturers always get singled out? Banks like AIG have been given way more money than the COMBINED amount the car companies are asking for, but I never hear anybody crabbing about them. Anyway, I digress...
