Honestly Ben, I think that you're bound to get the emails no matter what system is in place... you might as well just have a copy/paste canned response essentially saying "Check the forums, questions like these are asked quite often, and we have plenty of people to help you out there. Heck, if you use the search tool, you'll probably get an answer there!"

Well instead of a ticket system a "follow through" system would work better.

Like one of those self diagnose trees.
