I was having a problem with my NES and SNES on my LCD TV.
Whenever I use RCA, about 1/4 of the way across the screen I am getting a bright green color band that is about 2 inches thick when there is a black background on that portion of the screen.
Oddly enough, its in the same spot for NES and SNES.
It seems unlikely that its the TV doing that, because MY Neo Geo CD works fine and never gets that.
Anyone have any ideas why this would be happening?
I will see if I can get a good pic of it...

Your TV is probably one of those TVs that's overly signal-sensitive.

Re: Strange green color band...
My LCD TV does this only on my NES and when you just turn on the system. After that there is no green line. The green line does not appear using the same NES on a CRT. So yes its the Tv. It only happens to me right after start up so I don't worry about it.

So, here it is...if anyone wants to see what I am talking about.

Flashback actually is the worst I have ever seen it.
It usually isn't that bad....only on black bgs.

I saw the same thing when I hooked up a Super Joy III NOAC to my dad's plasma TV.
