If you want thin and 2.5", a pocket TV is not the way to go. Ben does not use them anymore, they are relics from the past now, suitable only for massive portables.
If you want a small screen, check out the AEIcomp screen modules, or a hipgear LCD screenpad.

AEI comp is expensive, though. But they ARE small, thin, and low power draw. (The 2.5" LCD draws 90mA, and an entire board can be removed if you solder things directly to the other one. See here:

The Pustom screens from Dealextreme are okay- fairly small, and okay-ish quality. But cheap.
