Could some of you post things like how to make the atari with backslashes and a line stuff like that, I've been losing sleep over this, sadly

Posting an external image does not take any more bandwidth than linking to one, as far as Ben and the server are concerned. When you load page, you take bandwidth away from whatever server the image is on to view it, not Ben's. The only problem is when the image is so big that users with slow connections have to wait for it to load, that's when a link is better than the actual picture, otherwise it makes no difference.

dude is the photo is loading from a differint server its not useing up extra bandwith
