Pelican AV switcher

I have one of these Pelican AV switches that look kinda like a tiny PS2. I was wondering if anyone knows which systems they made the little plastic nametags (above the selector button) for.

Or if anyone has a Xbox and/or Saturn tag they would like to donate or trade for N64 and Playstation tags.
