Re: portable DVD player screen
If that's the input, you just solder the correct wires on there.

Some cameras (like my old one) arre terrible at focusing on the right thing and have no type of manual (or even macro) focus.Kurt_ wrote:It helps if you focus on the thing you want us to see.

Okay okay. Blame the camera.
Do you own a multimeter? If not, go out and buy a cheap out from Radio shack.
Then touch one end to the outer metal of one of the RCA connectors, and find the audio/video ground on the board's jack's pins. Then do the same thing for the inside rods of the yellow, red, and white RCA connectors. Voila. There's where you connect stuff to.

You solder the output from the dreamcast to the respective inputs on the DVD player screen.scarface129 wrote:ok but were do i solder the dreamcast

Re: portable DVD player screen
That's for you to find out.
You solder the yellow to the yellow, red to red, white to white, and one of the grounds to one of the grounds.
Then connect the common grounds (usually silver around a now-unused screwpost, or a big silver strip along the side of a circuit board), and then power to both systems. Voila.
If you don't understand that, you might now be ready for this stuff yet. We're here to help, not hold your hand and spoon feed you.
