I still want to enter, I just need to buy something, but I need a warm day to paint it when I'm done "bondoing" it together...and it's been damn cold up here right now.

I was going to mod a racing wheel for N64 use but I need a new soldering iron, and short on cash. There is a 3rd party controller at the pawn shop though...

Turn a steering wheel controller into a boat helm. This would be relevant to my interests.XCVG wrote:I was going to mod a racing wheel for N64 use but I need a new soldering iron, and short on cash. There is a 3rd party controller at the pawn shop though...

I am making a spherical N64 controller. Tennis ball sized.

Best. Idea. Ever. Might do it to my phone! (Non-slide, generic flip-phone).

no no just apoxy, the start buttons due to be the camera switch the dpad adjusts the volume. Its got a sd slot alreddy with a just a gig of memorie. which realy wasnt the intent to get a music phone or any thing special. just to get a nice start to a case mod. the phones not wired in at all I need to get the power and camera over first and move on to gluing the ports to apropreate places on the under side of the case... how ever don't discount all of it to change any way. I am looking at it in that certain way right now. I do have a little more to smoke too.. umm.. bulky black thing.. what to do with you...

I recon Palmertech, that I have found your bot you made - it is cennar - am I right?
Post was a bit like the old WW2 codewords over the radio waves - "Come in Blue Hawk, this is Night Owl", "the bucket is under the wardrobe while the sparrow flies North", "confirm message received Blue Hawk"....

Nah, Cennar is real. He came back after I told him about my bot on AIM, I told him I was making one based on him. Much easier to model a bot off a member like him than someone like you.
Once I can get it posting well enough, and escape detection until 300 posts or so, it will be revealed.

I have seen a lot more people around here with less than 30 posts recently. Mostly with the same question.
How many hours will this battery give me? The least they could do is do a little googleing.

That is absolutely right, mate! Someone posting with abstract sentence structure and content is far easier to mimic than trying to emulate coherent and reasoned postings!palmertech wrote:Much easier to model a bot off a member like him than someone like you.![]()
I was certainly on the right track though if you based your bot on him!
Given the influx of post quality on a number of threads (especially Forum 42), it would be hard to identify a bot you made from the many who can't spell, use bad grammar/text speak and off-context postings here. We need a clue!!
