Whats the best NOAC?

I was wondering what one of the best nintendo on a chips out there was, there's no general name I can search on google or ebay. What's a small one that people generally use for their NOAC portables?

Yobo FC is the best 'legal' NOAC. The SJ3 is very popular.

The SJ3 is very small, popular, and notable. There's a lot of support for them out there.

The SJ3 has also been the subject of a recent lawsuit by Nintendo. As such, it's hard to find.

If you have paypal and find a 76 (/76000) game SJ3, for under $20, couldjya pick one up for me?

Thats WAY too much for a NOAC.

It is a NOAC, just not a SJ3

If you want to buy one online, look on ioffer.com they are around $15 to $20 IIRC
