damn that stuffs good, but have you ever made it yourself? much much better. Get a bottle of vodka, fill it with skittles and leave it for a couple of days, seive out the skittles and enjoy!

As for Valentines day, went to work. then came home and my grilfriend cooked me a meal (hey, she wanted to im not arguing  ) and then we went off to a party which turned out to be a bit crap but i saw a few faces i havent seen in a while.
Lol, how else would you get it? :P I don't think Skittles actually markets an alcoholic beverage...

ive seen one or two knock offs around that dont necessarily say "skittles" but they imply it heavily. Dont see them very often though.

Just stumbled onto this thread now...

I did. She very much liked her matching necklace and ring. Then we went out to eat (at about 4:30 PM to avoid the rush). Then we went and saw a movie (before you ask, it was Tale of Despereaux).

All in all, a good day.

And not for nothing, I'm going to introduce her as my cat sometime... I'll let you know how that goes over.

Ok guys it's "Skittles vodka, shoot the rainbow!"

I spent half of Valentine's day at work.... in a meeting. But when I did get out I setup to see a movie with a girl I've been talking to for a bit. About 7 we saw The tale of Desper--.... I didn't know how to spell that name! But you get the idea.

Really I would have wanted to do more, but considering the time of night, the fact we both had to get up early tomorrow. *shrug* I was happy with what time I was able to spend with her.

And for those that say they have zero social life. Time to grow-up and get out there. You're not going to meet people sitting in your room. And believe me when I say I've been there, you need to get out there, cause the girls are not going to come looking for you.

Trust me, Sparkfist, I'd love nothing more than to "get out there," but I well and truly can't. I'm basically stuck at home until I can drive...

Bus? Being "Stuck at home" because you can't drive is a terrible excuse. Where there's a will, there's a way.

Quick: DON'T MOVE. Look down! (Avoiding fat joke) see those two (avoiding scrawny joke) noodles (nevermind) attached to your ass? USE THEM! ;)

Though my social life naturally improved when I got my license/car, it made no difference. I had already known my current girlfriend for several months.

Bus? Impossible. Public transportation doesn't come near here; it really only sticks to downtown Reno.

Walk? Also impossible. There's nothing at all here within walking distance; even just going to Wal-Mart would take a few hours one way.

Plus there's the whole factor of be being homeschooled, so I lack the ability to, you know, meet people my own age locally... though, to be fair, even if I were in public school, I would have no time for socializing. Hell, I'd have no time for anything but school.

at least your nearest town isn't 5 miles, and that's barely a town. my next closest town is 21 miles away. Tell me I'm supposed to socialize! :P I guess I get enough socialization, I go to a public school. and I had the worst valentines day ever. :(

That's not my life that's the story of the two guys above you. I'm joking of coarse, but, seriously it is, lol, I kid I kid.

No really Valentine's day should be the day for some of you guys to try and make your move. But now that it's over, look for the next best date to talk to someone. And really it doesn't need to be you asking them out, you can just chit-chat a little. Relationships, every kind, start with a greeting and you need to initialize that in most cases. Like I said before, girls are generally not the kind to make the first move, you have to do that.

But this is getting silly now, so I'll end it here.

I do not want to talk about valentines day. I was in the mall and I got all romantic for this girl I've been dating for 2 months and then my ex from hell shows up convinces the girl I was cheating on her, she accuses me of being a player and they both chase me into the blank department (I'm an idiot) and well I'll leave out the ending because its way to humiliating. I hate my ex
I haven't been here in awhile, and looking back it's one of the worst ideas I ever had. I'm back and I'll be here for awhile, I was quite active 1 year ago and I hope to become that again.

Heh, same deal here. Although living in a coastal town in California makes to "far away from everything" not applicable. Any extra-curricular activities you can get involved in?

My view is that you should not date until there is a chance of it going somewhere. You ARE going to break up with your current girlfriend in a few years if you are under the age of 17 or so, and guess what? When that happens, all you did was waste a ton of time, money, and energy, resulting in one/both of the people being heartbroken, then just getting a new person in a month or two. Ever wonder where those nasty cynical people get their attitudes? A lot of it is a result of this stupid cycle.

So yeah, if you are 17 or younger, don't get a girlfriend. Seriously.

None that I'm interested in, really. However, I don't know how much I'd enjoy being in stuff like that anyways, because some of them put a ton of pressure on you to do everything they want you to do and be there all the time. Doesn't sound like fun to me, especially since just about all of my friends are on the Internet in some way and I want to still have time for them.
