Maybe, no one on these forums have gotten the cart mod (which I'm presuming you to mean) to work. However, on a Spanish-speaking forum it has been done by changing the the pinout slightly (not sure which lines, as the auto-translation was not handling that part well). You should be able to figure the new pinout by trial and error.
Personally, I'd just pick up one of the cart accepting GOACs (like the GN Twin) and use that instead of doing the complicated cart mod to a Radica. You get better sound most times, and sometimes better compatibility.

I am fairly sure that the conclusion from the Spanish forum was to switch the OE and CE lines on the diagram in the downloads section, though I don't think anyone here has tried it.
