Rare Tristar 64 Found on Ebay!!

I'm not sure if this is postworthy on F42, but this is the first I have ever seen on Ebay. Here's the Link:

It's got NES and SNES cart ports on it. Possible SNOAC?

It's been said many times:
The tristar contains a noac and the entire snes hardware.
