I have a heatsink that I can give for free, but no clips or fan on it (I can sell you a new fan) I will include an aftermarket heatsink for $25 (I will upload pics and info if anybody is interested)

I think $40 is a little high for that man. I mean, on ebay it's like $15 shipped, even with a heatsink.

I said or best offer. And none of the ones on ebay right now are new. I got this one OEM, but never got a chance to use it, as the motherboard that I was going to be using went into an emachines that the bestec PSU killed the motherboard on. If somebody wants to buy it, I will consider their offers.
