Parts that I currently have:
-Mini SNES mobo (still working on cartridge slot re-wiring)
-PSone screen or GC Zenith (I have both so, ehh any diff?)
-PSone case (Going to buy a second PSone so I don't lose my current case. I want a working one)
-Regulators (+5v 7805 and a +8v 7808)
-LEDs (6x 3mm white LEDs)
-3rd Party SNES controller (Original any better to work with?)
Parts I need:
-Li-Polys w/ protection circuit and safe charger
-Possibly a Original SNES controller
-Bondo or whats not (Got to read tutorials again)
....Not sure If i need much more than a few PCBs for controller pads and some tact switches
Here are some pictures I have so far

Drawing with pencil on top of the case to get a general idea of how to layout the controls.

Bottom of the PSone case.

Top of the PSone case.

My Mini SNES mobo (minus the cartridge slot)

Zenith Gamecube screen mobo w/ cut line (Any more areas that can be cut off?)

3rd Party SNES controller case

The controller mobo, are the 3rd party controllers harder to work with considering no chips?

Great part of the Zenith GC screen is it came with a nice setup pre-wired headphone jacks to the screen harness.

My first set of drawings, sorry if its not clear enough to see but what I was using to compare sizes.
Tell me what ya'll think! I'm a novice at this stuff, no portables yet.
