hw to add led light to game boy color

hi im new in this forum but i read the topics here for quite some time now
i tried to find out how put led to illuminate my gbc screen but could not find, only find for another systems
so, i know where i can put out the energy i need to turn the leds, from the bateries or there any spot on the board better to get the needed voltage?
and i want to know how much leds you sugest to use, 2? 3?

Read the tutorial on how to frontlight a GBA, and just do it to a GBC (You will have to trim the diffuser lens a bit to fit).

Read that, then ask any specific questions.

I used one LED but you MUST use a diffuser panel.
