Re: Help with game gear tv tuner.
From what I've read, the tuner has A/V inputs, so you just need a cable with the right connectors on it. If it's a headphone style cable, you might be able to use a headphone to red and white RCA connector cable, but I don't know which one would be video. Give it a try; you won't hurt anything by connecting audio and video backwards.

Re: Help with game gear tv tuner.
Thanks a lot, i'll give it a try.
Im trying to construct a portable nes (yobo), Im gonna do my best to fit it into an extra game gear i have lying around.
Im doing as much research as possible, i know i can do it, but i don't want to be the type of person to just jump into it without knowing what to do and screw everything up. I've done that before.
It took me a while to collect everything i need.
So any advice on this would be great.

Re: Help with game gear tv tuner.
Is there enough room in the Game Gear case to fit the Yobo internals in addition to the existing Game Gear hardware? (Remember, you have to use all of the logic hardware in the Game Gear to drive the screen.)

Re: Help with game gear tv tuner.
but not 100 percent of the tunner bord. it would be an intresting try, I cant remember but there is a way to put in composite in some wares else on the tunners board to get video. I remember doing some thing with it in 2005 that was wierd. Like I stayed up all night and posted what I was finding. any way theres a bit of the nedless RF unit and tunner part that can come off the tunner if and when you get all that togeather post some pics...
