If I was looking for this, where would I find it, and what's it called?

It's a load (LCD and circuitboard) that is attached to wheels and slides along a rod.

A much better example can be seen in the W700DS disassembly.

Alternatively: where can I buy little wheels so I can do it myself?

Still not sure what you mean, close up pics, or at least circle the part.

It'd might be best to just buy a dead laptop of the same type and salvage the part you need.

I'm still not sure what you're talking about. If you have these parts still/at all, look to see if there are part numbers stamped into them. If not, try just looking on ebay for "W700DS parts", and ask one of the vendors selling parts.

He's talking about a screen that can slid out, like a drawer, I think. Sort of like a slid phone or something, but the screen is enclosed until it slides out. I don't know how to do it, but maybe with my description someone could understand what he's trying to do.
