Its a Powermac G4 Quicksilver
it wont turn because it needs a pmu reset or a new battery
but its most likely the pmu reset. has 512mb of ram. I just really
want some ipod's for it no money

I do not think that thing is worth an ipod....

Possibly one of the older ones, but that is worth $100 tops, and it not turning on hurts your case a lot. If you want to sell it, reset the PMU yourself.

If you cannot, you may not be knowledgeable enough to diagnose it, in which case nobody is going to buy it.

You might want to give some information about the monitor, such as size, CRT/LCD, manufacturer, model number, etc. Pictures always help too.
