took about an hour to make, and it looks crappy since i shrunk the size anyway to fix that?

Resize it with a real image editor like Paint.NET or Photoshop, not Paint or with the resize tool built into phpbb.

If that's not an option, open it with Windows Image and Fax Viewer (the default image viewer for XP, Vista, and 7), shrink the image to the size you want by shrinking the window, then take a screenshot, crop your avatar out, and save it as an image on its own. (This you can do with Paint.)

Linux is for those who need it.

I have Windows on my monster gaming computer, Linux on my personal server and one of my laptops, Mac OSX on another Laptop.
I use all of them, all for entirely different things.

I use Windows for 1 thing gaming, and due to my computer is outdated and the best thing on it is either the 1.8 processor or the 1 gyg of memory all i play is starcraft (which is the best game of all time) On linux i do all of my programming and show off to my friends. and the rubik's cube is not pointless (i get paid often by random people wanting me to do it)
