What kind of cardboard is the laptop made out of? The type like what old cigar boxes are made out of? That stuff is pretty sturdy.

I thought that was wood

perhaps for even older cigar boxes.

well, I have some from the 1950s and they are made of cardboard. Some cigar boxes actually are wood, though.

I would seriusly NOT use those 50s cardboard ones....they're antique, and therefore have a lot of collector value (Ebay anyone?).

Oh, I'm not saying to use them. I am against any antique being destroyed. I was just saying that the type of cardboard that was used in old cigar boxes is very sturdy.
