RGB mod for the SNES mini

Ok well i do want high quality and i cant find out how to do the RGB mod for the SNES mini. I read that it was crappy and i read that it wasnt... is it worth it?? (using the PSOne screen btw so no S-Video)

Yes, it'll screw up your video but I don't think it'll hurt anything unless something touches power.
