Open source cad?

I've learned how to use a CAD program autodesk inventor very well. But my trial ran out, and the program is very expensive, I only want to design my case.

So is there an open source cad program anywhere?

Google Sketch is also an option in simplicity, though i prefer CAD but my computer wont run that.

I was downloading AutoCAD 2009 and Inventor 2009 before I read this.

I've tried all those other programs in the past and they all sucked. The only option for me was to pirate them
