Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage is Stupidly Short

Post by benheck »

...That's What She Said!

But in all seriousness, I bought it sight unseen and was disappointed. I plowed through it easily, maybe dying once, in well under 3 hours.

Compared to games like Castle Crashers and Braid this isn't a very good bargain time/price wise.

Plus it is basically a FPS/Metal Gear solid type mission, neither of which fit the Fallout 3 engine very well.

You get some 1337 gear at the end, and unfortunately this is basically what you're paying for.

Agreed I actually finished it like 30 minutes ago haha. It was fun but not worth the money. You played it MGS style? I went guns blazing! Chunk Nades and Blitz!

i like games you want cant beat under 6 hours. that way you take your time with every little thing.

I know when GTA4 came out my old boss beat it in like 30 minutes skiping every cut scene and playing only the missions out not knowing the full glory of the game.

But you have to love all the great ways to play through fall out. still I guess i'll wait till its cheaper to check it out.
