I made a topic about mounting buttons a couple days ago and I have a plan for those, however I was wondering what was the best way for mounting a button with a hinge. Like the L, R, and Z buttons on an n64 controller?

Trigger buttons? Just mount some regular buttons in the same way.

Yeah but I wanted the official buttons on there. I just need a way to mount a hinge so it will still move.

You want some cherry switches that have levers on them. Radio shack carries them.

Just looks like some wire bent over the little nubbies (wut) on the button to form a hinge.

Yeah, really simple. Just twist or hot glue under it so it doesn't fall out. This guy is awesome. I wonder what his forum name is.

On LoB's pic, you could always solder the wires without having to worry about hot glue.
