Man, thats an OLDDDD Dev kit.

Thats a freaking, DOLPHIN Dev Kit. That was made way before the Gamecube was.

Thats gotta be pretty rare. Although, possibly illegal to put up on ebay.

Once the gamecube came out, the dev kits were then called Gamecube Dev Kit. (Rather than Dolphin Dev Kit), and those Gamecube Dev kits had an updated bios.

So this is a first generation Dolphin/Gamecube Dev Kit. And only $200!

Yeah, it does look pretty damn sweet. I noticed it was a beta.
Altho it is a NPDP-GDEV, which is top-level development for the GC, more expensive than the GBOX i think.
I personally want to get my hands on a NPDP console.
