Is this online store legitimate?

Hi, I recently ordered some joypads and mem card for Sega Dreamcast with visa payment method. The orders take about 7-10 days (as they say) but my status is still pending... after 13 days of waiting I finally contacted them but got no response.. I found out that the items I ordered are not availbale in their shoping list anymore. The page is ztnetstore.com
Thi is actualy the first time I ordered something online, so if anyone knows about this store.... or do I have to wait a little bit more (i`m loosing my patience)
p.s. they are located in USA and the shipping address is in the USA too...

Try contacting them by phone, smaller stores tend to fill up their email boxes.
