Sort of a NESp

Post by chitulino »

I will show you portabele NES s made from a noac. The donor system was a very cheap game i actually found thrown on the street.

here is it before braking it apart:

I solderd off the controller port and the part with the rf modulator and video amplification and audio. Here are some pictures with the desolderd cotroller ports:

Because I desolderd the back board the one with the composite and audio I had to make a simple video amplifier. Here I have a picture:

And because I found the game thrown in the street i didn't have a controller, so I had to go to the market and buy a brand spanking new one for about 1.5$. Here I have a picture with the old wire desolderd and the ribbon cable wired:

After I bought the controller i said to myself why not put everything in the controller. That is why I said that it is only a sort of a NESp because it does not have the tv in the same box. Here I have a picture with the NOAC in the back of the controller:

Here i have the unit working with a stupid 116 in 1 cartridge but it really has only 4 freaking games

Here I have the "NESpcg"(NES portable controller game) It is powered by a 3.7 volt cellphone battery:

Here is the back of the unit:

Thanks, now all I have to do is to find a small lcd screen.
I made some progress today. I fitted the RCA video plug inside the case and fitted the battery using velcro. Here I have some pictures. Tell me what you think and a reminder for you all, this is sort of a prototype.

Beautiful. I mean, that gamepad looks as if it would collapse if you looked at funny, but i guess it makes it easier to dissassemble.

116/4 games is around 28 versions of the same 4 games?
what sig? i don't see anything...

Exactly. I got a small casio screen. Here is a picture. I know it looks like it is about to fall apart but I did it and I like it. Thanks for the comment.
