Hey guys, I just thought I'd show you guys what I do in the summer time....
This is a full restoration of a 1942 Johnson 10 HP QD-13 outboard, I have about 25 hours into this, sorry I cant find the before pics right now. I had to machine a new set of rings for it, new ignition(coils, points, condernsers, wires, and plugs) new water pump, reseal of the gear case, fresh paint and decals.
Fuel tank was rotten, I cleaned the inside, bead blaster the tank, primed and painted, new fuel pump, decals.
Thanks for looking,
Joe

evinrude/johnson ftw! our '77 sylvan sportster has a 70hp evinrude on it. most dead reliable motor ever! runs like a top and has been used every summer for the last 19 years with almost zero problems (one year fuel pump went bad thats all) and its a powerful motor too, lots of torque! 35mph top speed on our 16' aluminum boat
