I actually like the way this design looks...very sleek compaired to the box that went into production--Case mod anyone?

Kinda of weird--a keyboard nintendo. Looks kinda like an old Apple II.

Tape drive...ancestor of the modern console Hard drive...

Hmmm...a drab famicom. For some odd reason, it makes me think of Star Wars. I like the colors better than the famicom tho

So, the NES was originally going to be a toploader like it's japanese counterpart? Hm. Those controllers are reallly square, even the buttons! They actually kinda look like the Sega Master System controllers, don't they?

Check out the original zapper gun--pretty sweet if you ask me!

All in all, there were some very high-end ideas that went into the NES before the final product was put out. Many of the ideas put into it were way ahead of their time for a video game console, like built-in wireless controllers or a built-in memory for saving games and things (tape drive).
After looking at those old designs, I'd like to create a case for the NES that'd make it look like one of the precurser designs. I think that'd be pretty cool. I'd also like to make a light gun like how the original looked too, lol.
