External av output and headphone Jack?

I was wondering what kind of cord I need to put av output on my n64 p. And also how to get a headphone jack onto it.

I looked at bacteria's guide for the headphone jack but it doesn't say where to solder it to the psone board.

For the av out I just need an av cable right? then I solder each cable to the 3 composite solder pads on the psone screen, but I need verification on that.

The av thing isn't really a necessary thing but I would very much like a headphone jack on it.

I think there's 3 pins (headphone left, right, and switch) that you have to wire to... they should be labeled on the PSone pin layout.
