This popped back into my head after three years.

They claim they made a 6.8GHz laptop, single core, in 2005.

True or BS?

(EDIT: I know this sounds dull but that's all I recall.)

I looked into this a while back. Pretty sure it was BS.

Definitely Bull.
Their site is horribly made a full of crappy photoshops of products and awards.

There's no chance there's any validity to this.

Unless it comes with a high-end version of Windows Server or has an Itanium processor, you can't use 1 TB of RAM anyway. :P (XP 64 bit and Vista Business and Ultimate can handle 128 GB. Vista Home Premium tops out at 16 GB.)

Lölz, that's not even a good shop.
1) The text 6,80 is placed one pixel too high.
2) And they're using a decimal comma instead of a decimal point for 6,80, but not for the RAM. Meaning they probably used a machine with 1 GB of RAM and edited the G into a T.
