Hip Gear Screen?

Post by TheTooth »

The screen options in the book seem to be PS One screen or the casio pocket tv screen. I've heard "hip gear screens" mentioned, where do I buy one of those?

If your lucky K B Toys near you might have some, or go to ebay. Ebay is sure to have them, though it will be about $30 earch for them (that includes shipping).

Aside from the simple fact its great just for a car ride with friends, they can be connected up to a series of four. This is neat as each person gets their own screen as aposed to the two or four way split.

Does one system have the best hip gear screen? I saw them on ebay for PS2, Gamecube, and Xbox. I assume there is no difference but maybe one uses less power... or is easier to connect to a NOAC... or something.

Nope the only difference is the video conector and the controller, and those are merely cosmedic. Break them open seperate the screen and controller and your left with a third party controller and a screen that uses composite input.
